01  OUR PROMISE

At Trendlixor, every order is a reflection of our commitment to quality. If your experience falls short of exceptional, we are here to make it right — without compromise and without unnecessary friction.

 

02  RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition — unaltered, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

 

03  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are ineligible for return by their nature. These include items marked as Final Sale, intimate wear or swimwear for hygiene, personalised or custom orders, and any item showing signs of use or alteration.

 

04  INITIATING A RETURN

To begin the return process, reach out to our team at trendlixor@gmail.com with your order reference and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 24–48 hours with tailored instructions. Please do not ship items without prior authorisation.

 

05  RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured courier — Trendlixor cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

 

06  REFUND PROCESS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified of our decision within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

 

07  DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

We uphold strict quality standards. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.

 

08  ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Beyond this window, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be recalled. Contact us immediately via email should you need to cancel, and we will do our best to assist.
